While Cloudflare doesn’t restrict the number of devices a single user can utilize, this can be interpreted as allowing one user to access multiple devices.
Access and Gateway
This feature is remarkable as it grants control over both incoming and outgoing traffic. Utilize Access integrated with your Identity Provider (IdP) to manage access permissions. For instance, grant access to sales, marketing, and deal desks for your CRM, and enable customer support for Zendesk.
Up to 3 Network Locations
Initially, I interpreted this as referring to 3 Points of Presence (PoPs) or Cloudflare Datacenters. However, I later learned from our SE that it actually denotes the number of locations where you can establish different DNS filtering rules.

All three types of policies can be configured on the Gateway, offering comprehensive protection.
Powerful WARP Client
Although Cloudflare previously utilized their VPN client named WARP (1.1.1.1) as a Zero Trust agent, they have since introduced an app called Cloudflare One Agent exclusively for Zero Trust solutions. There is no limit to the number of devices you can install. However, it’s crucial to carefully configure each setting to avoid inadvertently blocking user access to company assets.
